BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS

To make a reservation at PORTOELEA camping, please follow the procedure below:

A. SELECT ACCOMMODATION

Choose between camping with tents or caravans, ADRIA DELUXE or SUN ROLLER mobile homes, the PORTO ELEA villas, or the apartments at METOCHI.

B. SELECT DATES / TYPE OF ACCOMMODATION & ADDITIONAL SERVICES

SELECT STAY DATES
Choose the Arrival and Departure Dates from the relevant fields.
NOTE: Accommodation must be booked for at least 5 days, unless a different policy applies depending on the type of accommodation.

SELECT TYPE OF ACCOMMODATION
Choose the type of accommodation you wish from the relevant field.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES – CAMPING
For camping reservations, in addition to the type of stay (Position "A" – Caravan/Camper or Position "B" – Caravan/Camper), you must also select additional services such as extra car, electricity, boats over 5m, etc.

After choosing the dates, type of accommodation, and services, you will be asked to fill in any extra guests (adults or children) who will be staying, beyond the number included in the base price.

You must check the box: "I have read and agree to the booking terms & cancellation policy."

The booking system will then request your basic contact details: email and phone number.

C. CALCULATE ACCOMMODATION COST

After filling in the above fields and clicking the CALCULATE ACCOMMODATION COST button, a table will appear showing the cost per day, total stay cost, and the amount you must pay as a deposit in order to complete the booking.

D. COMPLETE RESERVATION

To complete the reservation, you must provide the details (Full name, Home address, Phone number, Email, Date of birth) of all persons staying in the accommodation, as well as any comments regarding the stay at PORTOELEA.

To finalize the process, check the box: "I have read and agree to the terms of use and the privacy policy" and then click the:

CONFIRM BOOKING DETAILS button.

E. SUMMARY OF BOOKING DETAILS

By clicking the CONFIRM BOOKING DETAILS button, a summary table with all reservation data will appear.

If all details are correct, the user clicks COMPLETE RESERVATION, and the booking system sends a confirmation email to both the user and the booking system administrator.

As a reason for the deposit, please enter the full name you used for your reservation.
